Shipping Policy

At ChargeMate, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ChargeMate is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your ChargeMate product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all included accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase. Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If your product arrives defective or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the problem and assist you with a replacement or exchange when eligible.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or an error with the order. Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. Our support team will review your request and help resolve the issue.
